Thomas Dailey

Thomas DaileyThomas Dailey monitors the day-to-day management of Calvert’s money market and tax free bond portfolios, joining Calvert in 1989. A portfolio manager since 1995, Mr. Dailey has managed several of Calvert’s fixed-income and money market portfolios, and currently oversees the implementation of Calvert's money market and tax free investment strategies. He has worked in the securities and financial industry since 1989. Mr. Dailey is a graduate of LaRoche College and received a B.S. in finance and administration/management.

Matthew Duch

Matthew DuchMatthew Duch is vice president and portfolio manager, taxable fixed income for Calvert Investment Management, Inc. Mr. Duch is lead portfolio manager for the Calvert Short Duration Income Fund, Calvert Bond Portfolio, Calvert High Yield Bond Fund, Calvert Government Fund, and manages the fixed-income portion of the Calvert Balanced Portfolio. He has been a member of Calvert’s fixed income trading desk for five years acting as co-manager for Calvert Short Duration Fund since August 2008, and to Calvert High Yield Fund since March 2010. Since joining Calvert in 2006, Mr. Duch has been an integral part of the taxable fixed income team responsible for approximately $7 billion in assets for the firm. Prior to joining Calvert in 2006, he was a trader/sector manager at Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM) in New York City. While at DeAM, he was responsible for trading over $27 billion in investment-grade and high-yield credit for insurance and mutual fund clients. As a sector manager, Mr. Duch helped manage an $822 million long-only credit, total- return portfolio that routinely outperformed the Lehman U.S. Credit Index (now the Barclays Capital U.S. Credit Index) benchmark. Prior to DeAM, he worked at Scudder Kemper Investments in Chicago in several positions including corporate trader and assistant portfolio manager. Mr. Duch received a B.A. in Economics from Butler University.

Michael Abramo

Michael Abramo is vice president and portfolio manager, taxable fixed income for Calvert Investment Management, Inc. Mr. Abramo is lead portfolio manager for Calvert Income Fund, Calvert Long-Term Income Fund, Calvert Ultra-Short Income Fund, Calvert VP Income Portfolio, and manages the fixed-income portion of the Calvert VP SRI Balanced Portfolio. He has been a member of Calvert’s fixed income trading desk for 12 years and has been co-manager of Calvert Income Fund since April 2008, Calvert Ultra-Short Income since January 2011, Calvert Ultra-Short Income since January 2011 and Calvert Bond Portfolio since January 2011. He was instrumental in building the team responsible for approximately $7 billion in assets for the firm. Before joining Calvert as a Trading Assistant in 1999, Mr. Abramo was with NCM Capital Management Group, a private money management firm, as an operations specialist and portfolio technician. He has worked in the industry since 1996. Mr. Abramo holds his B.B.A. in accounting from Campbell University.

Mauricio Agudelo

Mauricio Agudelo is a Portfolio Manager, responsible for monitoring credit, finding relative value opportunities and trading different fixed income classes. He received a B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland and attended the Robert H. Smith School of Business where he received citations in business culture and language with a concentration in Spanish.
