You can click on Login/Register and edit your address online; call Calvert at 1-800-368-2745; or send written notice to Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544.
Change the name on my account
A Change of Registration form must be completed and returned to Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544. Each of the current owners must sign and have their signatures guaranteed on the form. The form may be requested via phone, mail, or e-mail.
Change my e-mail address for electronic reports
Click on Login/Register, log on to your account, click on E-Delivery Signup and enter your new e-mail address.
Change or add beneficiary information on my retirement account
Complete a new Designation or Change of Beneficiary form and return to Calvert, P.O. Box 219544, Kansas City, MO 64121-9544. Receipt of a new form revokes any previous designation. The form may be requested via phone, mail, or e-mail.
