Important Performance Disclosure

Class A and Class I shares of the Everest Fund of Summit Mutual Funds, Inc. were reorganized into the Class A and Class Y shares, respectively, of Calvert Large Cap Value Fund, which commenced operations on 12/12/08.  Performance results for Class A and Class Y shares of Calvert Large Cap Value Fund prior to 12/12/08 reflect the performance of Class A and Class I shares, respectively, of the Everest Fund since their inception on 12/29/99.

Important Expense Disclosure

Calvert has agreed contractually to limit direct net annual fund operating expenses for Calvert Capital Accumulation Fund through January 31, 2014. Direct net operating expenses will not exceed 1.59% for Class A shares, 2.59% for Class C shares and 1.44% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Directors of the Fund may terminate the Fund’s expense limitation before the contractual period expires. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expenses, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expense and taxes.

Calvert has agreed contractually to limit direct net annual operating expenses for Calvert Emerging Markets Equity Fund through January 31, 2014. This limitation does not limit the acquired fund fees and expenses incurred by a shareholder. Direct net operating expenses will not exceed 1.78% for Class A shares, 2.85% for Class C shares and 1.53% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Directors of the Fund may terminate the Fund's expense limitation before the contractual period expires. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expense, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and taxes.

Calvert has agreed contractually to limit direct net annual operating expenses for Calvert Equity Income Fund through January 31, 2014. This limitation does not limit the acquired fund fees and expenses incurred by a shareholder. Direct net operating expenses will not exceed 1.23% for Class A shares, 2.35% for Class C shares, and 0.98% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Trustees may terminate the Fund's expense cap before the contractual period expires. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expense, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and taxes.

Calvert has agreed contractually to limit direct net annual operating expenses for Calvert Global Alternative Energy Fund through January 31, 2014. This limitation does not limit the acquired fund fees and expenses incurred by a shareholder. Direct net operating expenses for the Fund will not exceed 1.85% for Class A shares, 2.85% for Class C shares and 1.60% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Directors of the Fund may terminate the Fund's expense limitation before the contractual period expires. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expense, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and taxes.

This limitation does not limit the acquired fund fees and expenses incurred by a shareholder. Direct net operating expenses for the Fund will not exceed 1.85% for Class A shares, 2.85% for Class C shares, and 1.60% for Class Y Shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Directors of the Fund may terminate the Funds expense limitation before the contractual period expires. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expense, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and taxes.

Calvert has agreed contractually to limit direct net annual operating expenses for Calvert International Opportunities Fund through January 31, 2014. This limitation does not limit the acquired fund fees and expenses incurred by a shareholder. Direct net operating expenses will not exceed 1.66% for Class A shares, 2.50% for Class C shares, and 1.41% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Directors of the Fund may terminate the Fund's expense limitation before the contractual period expires. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expense, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and taxes.

Calvert has agreed contractually to limit direct net annual operating expenses for Calvert Large Cap Value Fund through January 31, 2014. This limitation does not limit the acquired fund fees and expenses incurred by a shareholder. Direct net operating expenses will not exceed 1.23% for Class A shares, 2.35% for Class C shares, and 0.98% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Only the Board of Trustees may terminate the Fund's expense limitation before the contractual period expires. Direct net operating expenses will not exceed 0.75% for Class A shares, 1.75% for Class B shares, 1.75% for Class C shares and 0.60% for Class Y shares of the Fund. Under the terms of the contractual expense limitation, operating expenses do not include interest expense, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and taxes.
