Board of Trustees/Directors
The Calvert Family of Funds consists of several different classifications of mutual funds. For each Fund, there is a Board of Trustees/Directors that supervises a Fund's activities and reviews its contracts with companies that provide it with services. Consistent with good fund governance, the Board of Trustees/Directors of each Fund has adopted a Charter for its Nominating Committee (or the Committee performing similar functions) setting forth the Committee's responsibilities.
